Counselling & Psychotherapy
A space to understand yourself, heal and move forward
Every person comes to therapy with a different story. You may have a clear concern, or simply feel that something is not quite right. Either way, we will begin with what feels most important to you.
As an integrative relational psychotherapist, I shape counselling and psychotherapy around your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can explore difficult feelings, experiences, relationships and patterns at a pace that feels manageable.
You do not need to arrive with the right words or all the answers. Therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to understand yourself more clearly, feel less overwhelmed and find a way forward that feels right for you.
You can bring whatever feels difficult, the thoughts, feelings or experiences you have been carrying, and begin to feel less alone with them.
What happens in Counselling & Psychotherapy?
Is counselling & psychotherapy right for me?
You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. You may be carrying experiences that still affect you, repeating patterns you do not fully understand or finding it difficult to feel settled within yourself. Counselling and psychotherapy can help you:
Make sense of difficult emotions
Understand where recurring patterns began
Process painful or unresolved experiences
Reduce feelings of shame, guilt or self-blame
Develop a kinder relationship with yourself
Explore how past relationships affect you today
Work through grief, loss or emotional hurt
